New playthrough. Overall, the game is fine, honestly, I expected a lot less given everything, but I'd say it definitely could be much better without having to change too much, just by adding some details here and there.

The game has quite a few scenes, but I've seen a lot of repeated ones so far.

In my particular case, I'd rather have a shorter game with maybe 10 or 12 unique scenes than 20 or 30 where half of them are just reused images.

I'd say the game is fairly average in that regard, even compared to other RPG Maker games in this style, there are plenty of very good ones that don't have a huge budget.

I assume most people making these games aren't developers per se or at least they don't start out as developers but rather doujin artists who can draw NSFW content and want to monetize it.

I totally approve of that, but it's a bit lazy when in those cases the scene art ends up being reused. In this particular game, the strongest point for me is the art style, so it would've been nice to see more variations.
