Just make your own stuff from scratch, there's thousands of clips out there. Who cares if they're reused, its part of the gig to see clips in other peoples work. There's no gatekeeping at play here.

This video is becoming a slippery slope when it comes to copying someone's homework.

Add your own touch to a from-scratch project with editing and music selection and show the world what you can create. Isn't that what it's all about?

Some of your folks take this hobby way too seriously... We are all doing this for free at the end of the day.

I just find the funny that it is the ones who quite limited with their own imagination are the ones who complain the loudest. If Scylla has a problem with this video, I am more than happy to take this down. This is far from the only PMV I make or even the only genre I am exploring...

"Inspired"... bruh.

'Inspired' is noticing a particular cut technique, or method of connecting different clips together, or some other quality of a video, and figuring out a way of reincorporating it into your own work. Ideally, you would combine this inspiration with many other inspirations, taken from other sources...

What you've done here is violently mash clips onto someone else's work. What the hell?

By all means, do something like this as a personal project, to learn the editing process! You can cook up whatever you like for yourself, no one'll blame you for that.

But uploading this as if it were FULLY your own video? You for real right now?

Mate, I don't care that Scylla used a lot of good clips already. The way that Scylla's video used them is not the only "right" way to use those clips, that's the joy of video-editing being a creative thing. Other HMV featuring those clips are not any "worse" for it.

Its hard to overstate my utter disbelief that you covered over Scylla's logo at the start, but kept the sound... and then ALSO cut out the ARTIST CREDITS at the end?? Geez...

Yes. Good portion of Scylla's original was kept, since it made just a few months ago. Unlike the Ada video I made, there aren't that much new materials for 2B and Eve to pick from that I can remake the whole video without using low quality clips that just throw everything off even more... I will revisit this again with better song track editing and newer clips in the near future.

What the fuck do you mean, "inspired" by ScyllaHMV? The majority of this video is straight up stolen from his video 1:1 without any editing, you just spliced in some of your own clips at a very few occasions. You also completely stole the entire audio of his video, you even left in his intro jingle chime sound at the beginning. The only thing you made yourself are the last two minutes of this video and it's quite obvious, as there is a noticable drop in editing quality.

Why not just be honest about this? You think people wouldn't notice that you just took Scylla's video and used it almost 1:1?
