"Partially delete" here means he took several whole videos, and partially deleted parts of them and then combined them into one large file, probably just dead time or some loops (e.g. instead of 5 cycles of animation there are 3).
This isn't extra scenes the creator shared or leaked or anything if you were curious.

Great compilation, it's a shame about the "questionable content" tag; I feel it's quite a arbitrary tag.
