Master of the House is an 18+ reverse tower defense game. Take control of monsters and upgrade them over time to eventually save the maids and see your rewards!
Master of the House DX is a paid rerelease of the original game. It has all new art, new QoL features, and new dialogues with each of the girls. The animations have been made smoother and the game has been overall tweaked for better performance and play. If this game interests you, please consider supporting me by picking it up!
Review:
If you played Heroine Conquest, it's basically like that but instead of capturing the heroines, you're rescuing them. It's a reverse tower defence that's simple to understand. The reason why I chose to show just the gallery is the game is a real grind. It's kinda worth it considering you're getting new dialogue from the DX version but if you're just gonna view the gallery, it's okay in my opinion. The quality of the pixel animations are good. The models is a bit confusing though. It looks like they're skinny when combined with that blush part on their faces. On some characters like the Slime, Devil and Angel, it does make it a lot more natural looking than the rest of the crew. But yeah that's about it. Kinda lacking in music and a bit more hard in it's difficulty but a good pixel art game regardless.
Rating:
A decent 7/10. I'm giving this 3 small booms. boom, boom, boom!
