Aside from "Implications," I think this is probably the closest I've come across, outside of (ironically) anime, that I consider quality.

...Same with gagging noises. I just kinda despise quiet, or slobbery noises for blowjobs. It's not a library & you didn't just accidentally take a huge bite of something that's too hot, so that stuff always grosses me out. There's something about gagging though. It just clicks for me, despite how rare it is for me to come across(like Jamie Jett has been the closest I've found, but sometimes her's can be hit and miss) and I feel like it comes down to my brain equating it, with excitement. Like they're so excited, that they can't control themselves, so they decide to play chicken with their gag reflexes and really only stop when their body LITERALLY forces them to, because they won the game, so their body involuntarily "resets" them, with that distinct cough, because it wants a rematch.
