Han, most of the world is not, in fact, 1st world and even if they are a 1st world country the vast majority of educational systems are still little more than garbage.
AND even so, people that dont know English are STILL PEOPLE, despite your world view.
I'll even ad that by country quantity, Spanish is the biggest language in the world, english being second.

I hate it when " people " reupload the same videos a 100 times just with different subtitles. Like fuck off. At this point in time , EVERYONE should be able to understand English. If not then you're entire country and educational system is straight up garbage.
