Here's an explanation for those who don't know the difference between the words:
1. Gay: Male who has a liking towards other males. When there's a specific trait towards the person profile and not just the sex (in biological means), then they're bisexual.
2. Trans: Transexual literally means "transformed sexuality" which means that a homosexual or bisexual person changes their sex. However, even if this is physically dangerous, it mostly just refers to gender identity related to how it's built up the steretype of sexes. Example: Female sex stereotype equals being slim, cute, kind, flirty, etc. If a gay male wants to identify to those traits instead to the bulky manly brutus man, then they can start following the stereotype turning them into a trans woman. Examples like Wendy Carlos and Lena Rain show that, by the mere habits, it is possible to reach these traits with no need of physical modifications.
3. Femboy: a femenine boy, just that. They don't neccesarily have to be a trans woman, they're just straight males who like femenine aesthetics. However, it's something that many don't get, which is why they're confused with trans women.
I hope that helps for those who are still a little confused with the terminology.

Femboy isn't a trans.
Intersex: most commonly known as futanaris, these are not just sexual fantasies, but real humans who had a bizzarre development letting them have either predominant male or female traits. Hormonally they'll be one sex or the other, but in nsfw and porn they're mostly hormonaly women with well developed dicks.
2. Trap: despective word for trans women, spwcially if these do look like a woman.
3. Young gay man, but it's almost used as a nickame for femenine and fragile looking men.
