I don't know where this game/animation is from but I do recognize it, and the listed artist made what this video is based off of, a part story/art cg collection called I think Senki Bad End?(so like the title of the video) by daiaru. that artist makes tons of brainwash/mind control stuff centered on mass brainwashing and the whole oddly specific "strong girl gets mind controlled and turned into level 1 rpg enemy" fetish. Anyways, iirc this bit is that Echidna the demon queen gets hit by like a 1% chance status effect and instantly loses to the scrub priest who brings her into the harem
