This is why, when playing games labeled as futa/trans where the character clearly has no vagina, technically she isn’t a futa; the creators usually justify it by referencing this rare condition (sometimes even mentioned at the start of the game).

Many of you reading this probably remember a game where a “girl” mentions being born with a penis despite not having a vagina.
