Personally, I think the difficulty ramped up a bit too quickly, a more gradual increase would be more satisfying. This was particularly the case with the "hard grip" instruction which in earlier rounds could have been rarer or used in slower sections. The "breath hold" sections on the other hand were wayyy too short in the beginning to have any effect and went towards a good direction later on.
I just held my breath during the "hard grip" sections as well which made them a lot more interesting.
I also agree with ClapMaster that some of the rhythms were a bit hard to notice and I also felt like some of the very fast rhythms were a bit too complex (essentially requiring mostly looking at them, not the action).
This may sound like a lot of complaints but the video is still great, don't worry!
