If you mean the static picture of a door, it's random generated thumbnail which I cannot change. But if you mean the bright transition effects overall I thought they were short enough not to be blinding or distracting, but noted. I could avoid using very bright effects in the future.

Kinda visually scary actually.

Why the blinding screen effect? That doesn't help anyone other than blinding the viewer, as well as push them away from watching, clicking, liking any other future uploads.
