You Can't Not Love Me

Dear friend, a year ago I started to suffer from hardening of my heart, which over time has weakened it making me feel excessive fatigue which then worsened, I can no longer walk on my own, I often need assisted breathing, each day I can only stay awake between 2 and 3 hours because the fatigue knocks me out and today it is estimated that my heart does not work more than 15%, now it is difficult for me to move my arms, the cure for me would be to have a heart transplant which is a dream if it were to happen, for now my goal is to get funds for a pacemaker which would help improve the percentage of functioning of my heart, this would help me have a more normal life but with limitations.
Sadly I lost my opportunity with a non-profit organization in the UK which was willing to pay all the costs related to the pacemaker and the surgery. I lost this opportunity because we had to get 2000 dollars that would be used for the travel tickets and stay for one of my parents in the UK but sadly the amount was not possible to get.
Given this I do not know if there will be another opportunity and the truth is I do not think I can live much longer, every day my situation is more and more serious and worsening.
