The sounds are really atrocious.

I understand that this has little to do with the porn itself, but I find it hilarious that, in the camp of people who so desperately want to cuck Eren (which, you do you, porn is porn), there are an alarming number of them that don't seem to think that Eren would notice this happening if he was in Titan form--the Attack Titan has heightened senses and eyesight, so he'd be able to SEE Mikasa down there sucking off this random Survery Corp dude. Unless he was distracted, which I'm sure the animator was trying to imply, but even then he'd need to be in an intense battle.

Good animation regardless, it's just something I've noticed.
