Yes, it is an RPG game that contains adult (hentai) elements, created by Sushi Hero Toro. Those CGs are all part of the main game.

So, i've never played this game before, but all the stuff i've looked up about it suggests it's a normal rpg... Are these CGs actually apart of the main game? since i've noticed a few people who've streamed the game on YT as well so i'm not sure if this is an add-on, mod, etc
