Lighting needs more time to render, not even passable as dust in the air. Surface materials for Ballora don't strike me as ceramic or plastic, wrong shader used... try a higher specular value at Strauss, rather than Phong.
The faceplace needs to be rendered as a rigid object, try detaching the eyebrows from the forehead and animating that, instead.
Finally, gross proportions, major turnoff.
