Some will say it is music on the background.
Others would say that is adding music music that fits the scene
And other people will say it's editing scenes to fit a song.
I stand by the third, and would say the other 2 are compilations.
This is kinda of grey ground, because the beat and scene sometimes fit naturally, which will be the 2nd, but there is a small edit at the end at least to be the 3rd.
I would call it more a compilation than a pmv but i can't really say "this is not a pmv"
