The Game is Solas City Heroes by MrZed, a Streets of Rage-like sexfight beat em up, now with freshly released Rise of the Succubus DLC, which lets you have custom made villains as minions on the stage. New run with a fresh character and half of minions changed for these custom villains.
Hard+Hardcore difficulty, more details can be seen in game dev's discord, have a thread there for the run.
Highlight: 6:20 for boss wave. Nazuban Furies are 5 minibosses, that can barely be compared to some tougher minions, so... took a bit of fun with them considering that stage itself wasn't much of a challenge
