If the curator had a hand in creating all of those works, then there would be no issue. Maybe Bane1001 did have a hand in it. If not then I have to share my concerns about this practice. Its enough that "uploaded by [insert uploader]" is present. That usually is enough for me to take interest in their playlist. Overwriting the work of others is defacement and it is misleading.
Putting music over a work does not constitute being part of creating the original work.
