FUN FACT: Angel was created & explicitly said to be from Mexico because some business guys working with a JP company visited Japan and horrifically BTFO'd the Japanese at KoF, not once but twice. After the first time some months later, the JP brought their best guys and issued a challenge+bet: If they won they'd get recognition, some amenities for their company and maybe a little money. If they lost, they'd take the L and make a new character from Mexico to commemorate the matches..... thus, Angel was born, Lol. A huevo cabrones.
