The video is spectacular. But the original artist and the uploader clearly aren't on the same wavelength. 'Nico Robin turns into a Futa and breeds Nami' doesn't sound like an accurate title at all.
'Breeds' is the word I have a problem with. Breed implies that Robin is trying to intentionally impregnate Nami. Maybe it could serve as a name for the other 30-second Nami-Robin futa video that this uploaded posted right before this one. But unlike that video, this one actually has a story and gives the characters character without even a single line of dialogue.
Robin finds a mysterious book while hunting for treasure on a mysterious island with Nami. Naturally, the archeologist is compelled to read it and is turned into a Futa. (so that part of the title was accurate) Nami sees how awkward Robin is about her new appendage and happily volunteers to help her friend with her problem. They both end up enjoying themselves and Robin gets worked up to the point where she uses her powers to create copies of her new appendage. Nami's efforts prove fruitful and once Robin is fully spent... the appendage disappears. Robin ends up keeping the book because she really enjoyed the experience with Nami.
At no point in that story was Robin intent ever to BREED or impregnate Nami. A vague title like 'One Piece: the Forbidden Island' which the original artist used for the Newgrounds version of the video is better than this one because at last it isn't inaccurate and misleading.
