my 2cents...I like the parasites and bug sex...except roaches which are gross...would be nice to see some xrays of the girls totally full of cum and parasites...and maybe purging them every so often but being their mother...and getting bred again/refilled. For me personally I find the bathroom setting and the 'zombie sex' theme to be disgusting and a turnoff...I get maybe it's someone else's thing...not for me. Otherwise it's hot. Would be nice if it could happen IRL without causing any harm to one's body but sadly it'll just be fantasy for now.
