it's not that its the resolution is the issue, if you look it is uploaded as 720p, this is in fact like 144p then scaled to 720p is the issue, even if its scaled to 1080p it will in fact look the same because the original video needs to be set or made at specific resolutions, upping resolutions does not immediately increase video quality or remove tearing or any of the other stuff you might not like in your videos sorry to say, also this is a normal thing with people who don't know about how resolution of videos work it is fine, but unfortunately in this case there is nothing you can do but keep trying clean the video or use a A.I to try to fix all issues in the video.

Really like your stuff, man. But you gotta start uploading at least in 1080p. The videos get too pixelated.
