I usually enjoy Survive works with a passion, but this one was so bafflingly lame. Like why bother having the premise of superheroes and villains when they're just going to perform the same old sex positions you'd find in any regular porn? That's kind of stuff is 100% fine for vanilla or even NTR content, but here you have a heroine and a supervillain who are obviously superhuman, but yeah lets just have them fuck in one spot for 25 minutes with the most overused normie sex positions known to man. It's a waste of the vast creative freedom granted by the animation medium. I miss when hentai used to go the extra mile to come up with unique shit, nowadays you can only find that sort of ingenuity in doujins.
