Hello!
It seems like Cynder is getting to enjoy Hermit drazil's poison darts first it seems. How lucky she is.
The effect of the poison is quite interesting. It is strong hallucinogenic drug which also works as a strong muscle relaxant, making the victim unable to do much else than weak struggling, even if in their dream they're doing their best to escape horrible monsters or whatever they "see" wrecking their holes. Hallucinations can also affect their senses so they may feel like someone is stuffing red hot metal bar in their hole, even if it's just a normal drazil dick going in.
The weaker muscles such as eyelids can move with less effort and the poison doesn't affect the heart or breathing or other "autonomous" muscles so the poison isn't lethal but prolonged exposure is likely to cause severe mental trauma. And overdose can be lethal as well, probably causing a heart attack.
