Is this your first animation? You must either be talented or have some related experience.
Good scenography and camera work. I like the "look at me having fun" playing to camera "acting" style.
Now for some criticism. You have too many animations and quality is suffering because of it. The is sex not gymnastic combination, it doesn't have to progress that fast. Many successful artists do 2-3 positions per video so you can have a loop running for more than 5 seconds too. And with some animation mixing and different camera shots it doesn't even look repetitive. Paradoxically the transition portions imo look better than loops. I guess it could be because you notice less unnatural movements without repetition. Some loops look rather janky especially around arms where I can see all of those 2 keyframes and the IK chain jumping around trying to reach the target bone.
You could look into introducing some physics simulation (the hair is asking for it). It would hide some imperfections by making the jiggly parts "flow" automatically.
You should definitely consider making a Twitter account. It'll let you do some networking, notify followers about major happenings, get some feedback and (if you hang out with the right people) find tech and inspiration.
Patreon is questionable. It puts pressure on you, makes things more like a job rather than a hobby. Unless you treat it as tip jar without rewards (you'll still get people "tricked" thinking they are getting something extra)
