Amazing work. And while I'd prefer not to... I guess I'll put my two cents into this. The term Futanari does refer to characters with both a penis and a vagina. However a lot of people as of late have started using the term to refer to transgender people in Hentai and porn... Now, take this with a grain of salt, since I can't quote where I saw this, but apparently transgender people in Japan hate being called Futanari. They prefer other terms but apparently Futanari is not good for them since it is so rooted in the porn media of Japan and they do prefer to create a distance between that and reality.

Actually Lara is correct. A futanari IS NOT A FANTASY WORD it Japanese for hermaphrodite. A hermaphrodite or intersex as they are often called now have both a penis and a vagina.
