This is my first aniamtion, and I know it's bad. I'm hopefully going to be using this experience to be better in the future. Was probably too ambitious to have a video this long as my first attempt, but I did learn a lot.
Going forward I'll be reworking my model first as that was a BIG thing I realised was not at a standard I like. I'll then be doing some smaller animations to get more experience before attempting another longer one (I have quite a few of these sort of long ones that I would like to do).
As I'm only new to this scene, I don't have many places that I update about what I'm working on, but have been using DeviantArt a bit for that purpose.
(On a side note, uploading here could be made way easier. The tag system currently when uploading is pretty bad)

For what you're trying to do, the model is totally fine.
The walk cycle was on the stiff side, and the motion between poses was a bit slow and robotic, but both of those can be fixed with a bit more ease in and ease out and the implementation of animation arcs.
I can tell you have a head for refinement, and with this being your first, there's a ton of obvious promise here.
Just keep tinkering, try to incorporate the 12 principles of animation, and I can only see you improving.
