I'm pretty sure that's a white guy. I got to say I'm happy the general is doing something different. I almost did a double-take when I realised who the artist was. His previous modus operandi in subject matter is vile, but now that I know he's doing different things, I'll pay more attention to him. Well done, artist, well done. Applause*

I don't think it counts as "blacked" if the woman is black as well.
