I skimmed through it to see if it was worth it. Not my cup of tea. Also the file for it is huge, considering it's only five minutes long-ish.
Booooring. I think most hardcore/extreme SFM makers just gravitate towards snuff so they don't have to do as much sound editing (just my opinion though). Or I'm just spoiled by DarkLust.
