@wtf_wtf I remember something like that, I remember people were talking about the developer but I'm having difficulty finding any evidence of that happening right now.
The creator(or one of people working on the game) is Korean. Outright hardcore pornography is illegal in South Korea, that's why you only see censored soft-core porn coming from there. Some people were saying that he got caught when he started posting work-in-progress reports for the sequel to Parasite in City on some korean adult forum. Take this with a grain of salt. I can't seem to find much information about this right now.

The authorities in South Korea do enforce this law if they can easily catch the person. Recently Kidmo, a Korean artist, was also caught. He tried to enforce copyright on his drawings when a piracy website leaked his stuff. Piracy site said they only comply with copyright takedown requests if a person can prove they own the copyright. He decided to do just that and I guess the site reported him to the authorities or something because he was found out and caught.

For anyone wondering what happened to the creator. He's korean and because porn is illegal in South Korea he got arrested.
