The creator(or one of people working on the game) is Korean. Outright hardcore pornography is illegal in South Korea, that's why you only see censored soft-core porn coming from there. Some people were saying that he got caught when he started posting work-in-progress reports for the sequel to Parasite in City on some korean adult forum. Take this with a grain of salt.
