Yes, that's Cosio body, it has it's fully working vag with collisions. Dick is ofc ABC mod, though Animal SOS would probably work too. These are all designed to have collisions.
Fair warning, you might have to edit ABC's files to customize opening vag, spend looong time messing with cosio's bodyslide settings to make the vag and dick fit each other (because monster dicks are so much larger than humans), then align everything manually through sexlab controls. Which is what you need to do almost everytime anyway. Yeah, this really isn't plug-and-play, sorry.

That's COSIO from loverslab. It is based on cbbe but it is it's own thing.

Something like two hundred, I was messing with it for several months to get those results. And I hope I'll get even better at it over time. :)
