In this alternate PJO AU, a war had once again broken out between the Roman and Greek Camps, which resulted ultimately in Camp Half-Blood winning and conquering Camp Jupiter and New Rome. Percy played a big role in Camp Half Bloods Victory, so as such as was granted the best spoils of the conquest... which just so happened to include his former Praetor Reyna. This is more or less a lemon come to life, so enjoy. And there’s no escape. Review: I know you'll probably say "This is not fap material" or "This game is just maze slop" but I don't think that's what the game is portraying. This game is for the dev, Lu. I never really played all of her stuff. I watched that Backmooms gameplay from Charlie's gaming channel and that's it. But that doesn't matter because this is all I needed to know on what Lu is trying to tell us. The gameplay goes as a horror, maze adventure about Lu, a game developer on steam who develops games for herself. In the story, she explained that most of her stuff is just a maze-like adventure just like how we're playing this right now. She's in a cycle of making games over and over, finding that game that really resonates with her. Lu says that she's stuck on this loop of making games and not really making an impact on her perspective. As the game progresses, monsters came to hunt her down, maybe reminding her that she's not allowed to go out of her comfort zone and just do whatever she always does. Up until she arrives at the convenience store, she talks to her friend, the store clerk. She talks with her about how she's doing whatever in her life, exhibitionism, masturbating everytime, eating less and drinking beer. Her friend then says that she needs to find meaning in her life and ask on why she's being stagnant. She then realized that maybe she does need to change and make her characters feel more alive. Much more than she would imagined. And that's how it ends. As you can see, she executes that in a rather chaotic way but I do think this is how she wanna relay the message of how she wanted to reflect on something she's been doing on for so long. She wanna find that meaning and give another chance to her future. Finding that place, finding that area where you're comfortable and not seeking sadness is freeing. As much as I didn't liked this as a porn game, I do like how the dev just wanna vent out her feelings to us. It's a rarity for devs to share their thoughts and emotions through nsfw media in general, so having to play this makes it much more charming. It may not be for everybody, heck it may not be for anyone at all but this is for one person, and that person is the one who made it. Yeah that's what I got from playing this game. I really love when devs are trying to reflect on their lives by making this games for us to play. THIS IS WHY I WANNA REVIEW H-GAMES. For stuff like these. It's beautiful honestly. Oh yeah I love the artstyle too, can't forget about that. Quite unique too. Rating: In all honesty it is just a plain horror adventure sprinkled with a few exhibitionism to it. Yes it only has that but that doesn't make the game horrible. So I'm giving this 2 ratings: As an H-game, I'm giving this: 5.5/10 But as for what I actually felt after hearing the dev's story: 8/10. Not a single attempt at rescuing her has succeeded due to the machinations of the cave trolls. As a lowly slime, you've decided you're tired of your prescribed life of harassing newbie adventurers and want to become a hero. Rescue the princess! As a slime, you can absorb other bits of slime to become bigger. However, using your slime abilities will reduce your size again. Review: This is genuinely one of the hardest game I've ever played that is next to Cabry64 - 2. The amount of retries and replays are so huge that I lost count. This thing is the Dark Souls of 2D platforming geezus... Music: Actually fun and funky. When you get to the boss at the end, it plays this hype bit-crushed soundtrack that's accustomed to your playthrough. Hearing that for the first time made me happy because I knew the game is almost ending. The music on the sex scene is fine. It's the calm after the storm type soundtrack that reminds the player that yay you did it, you manage to rescue the dumb princess. So yeah... 8/10 Animations: The animations a crisp and smooth as fuck. The jump, the moving obstacles, the boss fight and of course the sex scene. All of it was made with real hard work. That already tells you that the dev is serious about this game. I enjoyed all of it. I guess the only complaint is the artstyle. The artstyle or I guess the character design for the princess could've been better. I wish she had bigger boobs but that's just me. 9/10 GAMEPLAY: Brief rundown of the gameplay. Arrow keys to move, Z to jump, and X to shoot. You consume slime balls on the air to increase capacity for 2 shots or 2 jumps in total. You platform all throughout 21 levels. Simple enough gameplay for a platformer game. Here's the problem. THE GAME FUCKS YOU IN THE ASS. Yes sometimes when you're in the edge of a platform or just any other edge, the jump just doesn't work. The environmental hazards are brutal as well. You have spikes, moving spikes, buttons that have spikes around it, the room is spikes, FUCK IT EVERYTHING IS SPIKES. There are no enemies in this game except the boss at the end. So having to jump and avoid these hazards in pixel perfect hitboxes is hard. If I recall there's this one level where you need to drop into a tall fall while you need to avoid the paralleled spikes on each sides. That level is devastating. There's also this one level where you need to go around the whole map just to press a button in able to open the gate. That level is also brutal. The gameplay of this is like Crash Bandicoot's platforming except it's punishing in a way where it's too hard for you think it's even possible. It's that difficulty where watching a guide of it can't really help you in your journey. That's why this is so difficult. Cabry64 is still difficult than this but this game is just below that in terms of tight platforming bullshit. I love this game but I definitely would not try this again... 7/10 Rating: Overall I'm giving this a solid 8/10. The game is brutal but this is still possible to beat. And if only the princess was a bit more hotter it would've easily be 9...
