(⌒_⌒;) That said, I really liked the police and bandit endings, they felt much more natural. In particular, the bandit ending felt true to the characters' personalities there were no 180-degree turns just to make the scenes work. ♡ (￣З￣) I mostly stick with what I said in the earlier chapters, I think NTRman could make better stories if he didn't try to cram in so many characters and routes. (¯▿¯) With just 3 routes, he could craft something more focused and less diluted. Still, as an NTR game, it delivers. I really like the apocalyptic concept, it's a shame there isn't another game like this from the same creator. In other scenes those shifts were justified, but here they just happen. (＃＞＜) Even so, I don't feel it's forced per se, it's more like it's just lazy. It skips a lot and jumps straight to the scenes, leaving all the buildup or the moments before the corruption to the imagination. Which is pretty meh in that regard. (；⌣̀_⌣́) The part I've always enjoyed in these games is the corruption itself, but in this specific route, it gets completely skipped. So it feels like adding so many characters ends up diluting the game. (＞﹏＜) For example, the side girls aside from Hyuna, who gets a bit more development are just empty characters. They're there for the scene and then they're gone. (￣ ￣|||) In games like Adelaide Inn, it made sense since they were clients or travelers, so they came and went naturally. Here, they just end up feeling like characters who exist for the scene and then disappear once it's over. In this chapter, I pulled the last scene from the menu since I couldn't figure out how to unlock it normally. (¯▿¯) I looked around on forums, but people said it was bugged, no idea if that's actually true or not. ( ‾́ ◡ ‾́ ) Anyway, I reached an ending! It was decent enough, I guess a bit forced, honestly. In theory, it's a drug that works as an aphrodisiac, but in the final scene, it seems more like brainwashing or something along those lines. (*ﾉωﾉ) You also find out that the kid isn't actually a kid, he's a 23-year-old adult and a chemist from a company called Molecule, which is likely the one responsible for the virus. Is that true? No idea, just random theories I'm coming up with as I play. (￣▽￣*)ゞ The only thing I guessed correctly before reading it was that the blood in the closet belonged to someone the guy killed. I thought it might have been his parents or something, but it turned out to be his uncle. ( = ⩊ = ) The ending itself was pretty regular, in the sense that it barely feels like an ending at all. Soldiers pull you out and take you somewhere, and it's implied they're not exactly saving you. And that's it. (⌒_⌒;) It's a bad ending not because of how it's done, but because realistically, we'll never hear anything more about it. Which is a shame. (; ω ; ) This chapter was supposed to have been uploaded yesterday, but an error occurred while processing the video, and I didn’t notice until the next day. In general, I'm liking the scenes. I've seen some people say that the fixed or distant camera perspective ruins them a bit, and I agree, it would be much better if they used the usual close-up framing like in his other games. In that regard, it's a bit weak, though I don't completely dislike it. (¯▿¯) I've also started noticing some details that I'm not a fan of, at least story-wise, especially regarding the characters. I haven't seen all the stories yet, so I could be wrong, I've only seen the one for the girl in this chapter and the store owner's story in other videos. (⌒_⌒;) One thing I've noticed, at least in this game and maybe in some specific moments from other NTRman games I've played, is that when the cheating doesn't involve the protagonist, characters don't really face consequences. (＃＞＜) What I mean is: when a character cheats, say, a man cheats with the protagonist's girlfriend, there are no real repercussions. The only exception I remember was in the ship game. (；⌣̀_⌣́) But when the protagonist is the one cheating, the female characters usually have excuses or justifications, they're not completely evil. (￣▽￣*)ゞ The reason I bring this up is that in this chapter, the girl the protagonist cheats with starts off exactly as you'd expect, pretty similar to what a male character in this genre would be like. (HomeWrecker! (ﾒ` ﾛ ´)) But as the scene goes on, they drop details like how she used to be a stripper, got kicked out of her house, and jokingly says multiple times that she wants to have the protagonist's child. With the context, it seems like she's actually serious about wanting a family under the jokes. ( ; ω ; ) And then, near the end, she gets sick and if you don't have antibiotics, she dies, or at least that's how it seems. (╥_╥) I honestly really like this. It just feels like a shame that, at least for now, she's the only well-written character compared to the men or the girlfriend during those scenes. (╯︵╰,) Justice for my girl. That being said, it's not that the other characters are badly written or anything, they serve their purpose well enough. You can't expect apples from an orange tree, after all. Still, I'd like to see this level of character depth maintained. (*￣▽￣)b Honestly, I don't think it's intentional or anything, but in general, when it comes to the scenes with the girlfriend and other men, they tend to make both the guy and the girlfriend look bad. Some have even said the girlfriend's personality changes abruptly and that her cheating feels forced, like the situations are just pushed. Meanwhile, from what I've seen so far, when it involves the protagonist, the developments feel more natural, like exchanges or trade-offs. It's not just a "hey, go spend a week with this stranger while I do something" kind of thing. _:(´ཀ`」 ∠):_ Alright, I'll leave it here, I just felt like writing something since it's been a while since I gave any thoughts on a game here.
