Not my best, but I wanted to do a futurism themed video with various robot girls. I wish i could have found better quality versions of clips I gathered. The lip syncing with the lyrics was fun to do. The songs chosen are Computer Love by Zapp and Roger and Yours Truly 2095 by Electric Light Orchestra. I layered two halves of Computer Love& to give more volume to the vocals and shortened Yours Truly for the video length Both songs released in the early 80's during a time of rapid technologic growth. They foreshadow what would be today's climate on the various uses of cyber sex such as dating apps, chat bots, VR, ect and so on; forgoing traditional means of passionate communication. The future of human needs for emotional dependencies is highlighted throughout these songs to this very day as technology continues to ever evolve in a crippling world wide economy, where those suffering of untreated loneliness are vulnerable to the ease of digital communication which is tailored and algorithmic to their wants, needs, and desires. Robot girls are exploitative.
