In the end, I liked the game a lot more than I expected when I started. I’d say without exaggerating that the protagonist's wife is the second best NTR game character I’ve ever played, second only to the priestess from Nymphomania Priestess. You could say they’re characters from opposite ends of the spectrum. (o´∀`o) The one from Nymphomania Priestess is very exaggerated and obviously over-the-top to keep the game fast-paced. Mira, on the other hand, felt much more natural to me. You can really tell the core concept of her character is that she deeply loves the protagonist, no matter which route you take. (*￣▽￣)b Even when she provides “services” she does so because you ask her to, and sometimes even more so when she realizes the protagonist enjoys it. Yet, her attitude toward him never changes. ( ´ ▿ ` ) You could say she always treats him with respect as her husband. That’s something I really appreciate because it feels more believable than her suddenly looking down on her husband for no reason, something that happens a lot in this genre. (╯_╰) Take, for example, the knight route where she gets into it, so to speak she does so because her husband is nearby with her. In the revenge route, when the husband is imprisoned and Mira is told that he got tired of her and ran away, she takes it really hard. (╯︵╰,) So much so that even after what seems like months in captivity, she doesn’t give in to the knight because she’s too heartbroken over her husband’s supposed abandonment, completely the opposite of what the collar shows. (；⌣̀_⌣́) It reaches the point where the knight basically has to force himself on her, which happens just as the protagonist kills him. I was really glad about that, it’s a fitting follow-through to what I mentioned earlier about why the protagonist doesn’t just kill him from the start. (*￣▽￣)b And then, in the corruption route, she only becomes corrupted due to mind-altering effects from a piercing. So it’s not really her. (￣З￣) So basically, this game is pure cinema. I’ll definitely keep uploading NTRman games in the future, and I really hope his future titles maintain this kind of realistic yet engaging narrative consistency. Though, to be honest, I doubt that will be the case, probably stick closer to the usual tropes. But then again, there’s only so much you can do with this genre without making it boring.
